Getting started with CostCalculator

Create your account

Download CostCalculator from the App Store and sign up with email or Sign in with Apple. No credit card required.

Add your first account

Tap the plus button to create an account—choose Cash, Bank, Card, or Crypto. Give it a name and optional starting balance.

Add transactions

Tap the center + button to add income or expenses. Categorize each transaction and add notes. You can attach receipts or scan barcodes for quick entry.

Understand your dashboard

Your home screen shows total balance, recent transactions, and quick insights. Swipe to see more. Tap any transaction to edit or delete.
